I bought this model to replace my old, hard-to-program thermostat. very simple. easy to install. easy to program. did it all in lessthan a half hour. very precise control of the temperature. keeps the temperature of 1 degree. in that, there's the rub. When they say it keeps the temperature at-1 degrees equals 1 degree. at any temperature you set, whether changes in temperature of 1 degree, the oven will turn on. When you retrieve that degree 1, shuts down. I saw
