was having trouble with my existing thermostat, so I called PRO1. AMAZING!! I'm in the United States, and I was connected to a real LIVE actual engineer, not customer service, they walked me through all the tech of my unit and told me exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. --part of which was upgraded to a new drive. When the new unit came, I called again to go beyond the settings and installation and accompanied me through the whole process! Problem solved. a neighbor
