We purchased this for our rental units in Florida. is wonderful. We can monitor the settings of Florida HVAC from our home in Tennessee. If tenants leave and forget to set recommended settings "away", we can reset your password from our computer in TN. It also says the weather and the outside temperature to its location. the monitoring fee required is minimal: it's worth the investment.
