The system worked very well. the hub of IRIS is intuitive for novice home automation enthusiast. couples drive hub to all equipment with little interactivity. the thermostat works great and is easily programmed via the website. app (android) phone has always worked as advertised. remember it's a wireless connection, and then apply those rules to have a signal between devices. concerned about the battery life, because everything runs on it, but only time
